The Tire Cologne fair attracted more than 16,000 visitors from 113 countries over its four-day duration, making it a truly international event and an excellent platform to introduce Vitora to a wide range of potential customers from around the world.
Explaining the strategy behind its decision to take part in the fair, Kenny Burgess, International Sales Tyremax NZ, says that the company is looking for potential partners to grow the Vitora brand globally.
“The more volume we have, the more we will be able to develop the brand with new sizes and patterns. The entry level market place for tyres is cluttered with cheap brands and Vitora has a refreshing point of difference in the level of marketing support we can offer. There was strong interest originating from our stand in Cologne, and we now have some excellent leads to follow up and work with.”
The Vitora stand was manned by Tyremax NZ and Traxx Tyres staff Brendon Clare, Terry Cox, Luke Bedford, Kenny Burgess, and Mark Darvill.
Says Traxx General Manager Mark Darvill: “The stand looked great and the hard work put in from all of our staff across the four days of the show was truly impressive with 100 international leads generated. We look forward to the feedback and outcomes and to showcasing Vitora at the next show.”
